Vitasa is an esteemed insurance agency representing Triglav, Slovenia's foremost insurance company. Recognizing the need for a fresh, innovative logo and website design, they sought to reinvent their brand identity to better connect with their target audience and distinguish themselves from competitors in the market.
The primary objective of this project was to establish a new visual identity that would accurately portray the company's core values and set them apart from other players in the industry. The revamped design needed to exude professionalism, trust, and expertise in the insurance sector while also emphasizing the company's commitment to promoting health and wellbeing. Furthermore, Vitasa required a new, modern website that would be user-friendly and easily accessible across a wide range of devices, ensuring a seamless browsing experience for all potential clients.
To kick off the project, I conducted comprehensive research on the insurance industry, analyzing Vitasa's competitors and their target audience to understand the market landscape. This in-depth study enabled me to pinpoint the critical elements that had to be incorporated into the new visual identity and website. I commenced the design process by crafting a new logo that would showcase the company's emphasis on health and wellbeing. I opted for a vibrant red hue that was also the primary color of the parent company, Triglav, fostering a sense of connection and continuity between the two brands.
Once the logo was finalized, I developed a complete design system using Adobe Illustrator, which encompassed typography, color palette, and visual elements. I aimed to create a consistent visual language across all brand touchpoints, spanning from the website to marketing collateral. For the website, I selected Next.js as the front-end framework, complemented by Tailwind CSS for styling purposes. I designed a sleek, modern website that prioritized user experience and accessibility, ensuring an enjoyable browsing experience for potential clients.
The culmination of the project resulted in a new brand identity and website that effectively mirrored the company's values and expertise within the insurance industry. The innovative logo, characterized by its striking red color and focus on health, successfully differentiated Vitasa from its competitors in the market. The revamped website was user-friendly and accessible on multiple devices, simplifying navigation and comprehension of the company's services for customers. The uniform visual language across all touchpoints forged a robust and cohesive brand identity, instilling trust and credibility among the client base.
